Either option covers one business, one location, and one existing verified Google Business Profile, and includes one correction round within the agreed scope. The done-with-you plan documents the recommended changes rather than applying them, so it is not a record of completed work.
It does not include profile creation or verification, suspensions, reinstatements, ownership disputes, duplicate resolution, website work, advertising, broad SEO, social media management, photography, logo design, multiple locations, or ongoing management. Google controls whether and when submitted edits appear. Copper Charter does not guarantee rankings, calls, leads, bookings, revenue, or other business results.
